1 /5 Sharika B: 1st time here and pissed . The tech was nice but not communicative . She was too busy laughing with the others in the shop and I felt rushed . She didn’t asked what type of pedi I wanted so I assumed they only had one. The water was luke warm , and I saw her use a cuticle remover off her cart instead of one that was new. She scrubbed my feet with the purple scrubber and washed it off in my dirty water and placed it back on her cart. Who’s to say she didn’t do this with the last person before me. I get to the counter to pay and it was $47.00 for a basic pedi ( and yes I got Salic but they never said how much extra it would be). I so felt my money was wasted and my business was not appreciated . The lady who checked me out stated , oh next time we will tell you about the different pedicures we have , after I told her in didn’t know what I was paying for and she said it was a basic pedi. There won’t be a next time.
