5 /5 sue hughes: I had my nails done today by Nancy. She is great! Also, Jasmine did my pedicure, as I told her, it was the best I have ever had. I left feeling so pampered.

1 /5 Johnae Luter: Not sanitary, hot, and poor customer service. Another tech had to step in to finish and still poorly did a basic french tip. Prices were inaccurate from online, to the menu I. House and at checkout. Do not recommend it at all, waste of money for sure

5 /5 Jennifer Orozco: This was my 3rd time going in, and second time having my feet done as well. The staff was so lovely and friendly, quick and gentle on hands. They do such a great job that my acrylic set doesn’t hurt the next day like other places. I got designs done today and she did such a great job! This is my go to place!

2 /5 Veronica Martin: First visit here. Ivan was very nice and apologetic for the wait. He did my nails perfect ! I will be returning. Update: I’ve been coming here for a while. I switched over to shellac with my natural nails. The first time I got it, the polish had streaks. It was very bumpy. Poor application. I came back the next day and Ivan fixed them. They looked great. My natural nails were long and sturdy. I came back 3 weeks later for a polish change. No breaks at that time. The same guy that messed up the first time did my nails again. Idk why I gave him another chance. He buffed my nails very thin when removing. They are all broken to the point they are sore. My nails are literally broken in half on the nail bed. I had to file them down myself. I’ve never had this issue before with shellac. Ivan and his wife are great but the guy that sits on the last row in the middle should not do shellac. He is very nice though. They also do great pedicures here.

1 /5 Clarissa Decker: This place was definitely an experience! If your in a hurry to get a pedicure then this is the spot because they are too! If your not wanting a massage with your pedicure then Best Nails and Spa is perfect!! Instead of a massage they just wipe down your legs like their wiping down a window, its really great! The best part was leaving feeling like the biggest inconvenience. Ive worked in the beauty industry for years and I understand difficult clients and situations. However, my nail tech was straight up frustrated with me because I asked him to file my nails evenly. These are my real nails that are short. I figured when I told the front desk I wanted a shellac manicure, nail filing would be included. I wish I would have asked if thats an added service. Anyways, I realized If I didnt speak up I would be writing this same review with nails that look like I did them in a dark room. But instead, I am writing this review with a beautifully manicured set that I got done at another location after leaving best nails and spa. So, thank you Best Nails and Spa for the lack of costumer service! It led me to a different salon that actually listened and made me feel welcomed.
