She spends her time educating and making sure you know how to take care of your lash health! This is by far a trait lacking in others! There was a period where my lashes began to break! She encouraged my break from lashes and encouraged me to use the serum to improve them! It worked! She could have just kept doing them but she cared more about my lash health than money. She has trained her employees to care ab their clients as well! Entering the spa its a clean environment and very welcoming! Go visit them... many talented people in this spa!
