1 /5 TEE BROWN: The ladies were rude to multiple other customers. Even going as far as scaring off 2 potential customers. The young lady doing my nails had a very poor attitude and 2 of my nails were chipped. Overall the work on my nails was very sloppy. The lady then even had the nerve to overcharge me $5. I recieved a full set (powder) in a pastel blue which is $25 but my debit card was charged for $30.

3 /5 Myshekia Wilkerson: I googled nail salons in the Beaumont area as my sister and I traveled down here from deep east Texas. Of course, this establishment was rated pretty high. Inasmuch, we decided to give them a try...(my Cousin came to meet up with us also and got a pedicure). Anyway, I would have given them a 4☆, but the customer service wasnt too welcoming with us. If I spend my money at an establishment, I do expect a nice level of professionalism and customer service.

They have brand new massage chairs that you sit in for your pedicure. Update : 5/5/2021 ...still an awesome place. It has been a year since I had a pedicure. The lady did a wonderful job on my feet. Very relaxing.
