1 /5 Ibrahim Colak: I recently took my car to this mechanic and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had: Terrible workmanship: They tried to secure critical parts with zip ties instead of properly tightening bolts and nuts. Everything was left loose and unsafe. Lack of expertise: When I pointed out a problem, the mechanic literally Googled the issue on the spot rather than using any professional knowledge. Check-engine lights gone from bad to worse: I arrived with a single engine-warning light; after their “service,” three lights were now illuminated. They changed my oil but didn’t reset the maintenance indicator or even place a service sticker on the windshield. When I asked what they’d done, the mechanic couldn’t tell me. New performance issues: My car used to feel rock-solid at highway speeds, but now it violently shakes above 70 mph and vibrates heavily under braking. Overcharged labor: They bill at least one hour of labor for every tiny task and subcontract almost everything to a lab. I’m still dealing with rattles, vibrations, and safety concerns. Do not take your car here—you’ll end up paying for a nightmare of sloppy, unprofessional service.

1 /5 Ryan DelMonte: They have extremely fair prices and Moses is a good man but the guy who worked on my classic truck did way more damage than good, there were fluids all over my car. He was slamming my hood and ripping my seatbelt along with visibly being upset. I understand it an old truck but I love my truck and if you can’t do the work don’t accept it. He overfilled my brand new power steering pump to the rim instead of the clearly marked level on the dipstick and he also used European coolant in my truck that I had specifically bought the correct coolant for and was sitting right there. Then when I explained this was the wrong coolant and it was right here he got mad and from there it was over. He then just filled the overflow with my coolant and filled it to the top. I then had to become a mechanic when I got home and drain the excess fluid. Now my truck squeaks after they “replaced” my original belts which I stated weren’t the right ones with the exact same ones. So unless you are stranded and have to get something done and you happen to be right in front of this shop. I would 100% not go here. It’s only for cheap repairs to keep a cheap car on the road. Not for actual repairs you request.

1 /5 Rick Tan: Very poor customer service was charged over 3k for suspension work and my car drives ever worse and nosier , when I contacted them about the issue they basically said bring it in they’ll check then tried to charge me about $1500 to fix it saying there was electrical issues that they did not do which I know was a lie didn’t have the issue prior to getting from suspension work done, my trac light is on steering is still hard and noisy! On top of that they didn’t want to refund any of the labor cost I paid Took the. At to 3 other shops and was told the same thing by all 3 they the guy put used parts and they weren’t installed correctly! These guys are playing with peoples hard earned money time and LIFE by the unsafe unprofessional and untrustworthy work that they are providing the community
