1 /5 Ibrahim Colak: I recently took my car to this mechanic and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had:
Terrible workmanship: They tried to secure critical parts with zip ties instead of properly tightening bolts and nuts. Everything was left loose and unsafe.
Lack of expertise: When I pointed out a problem, the mechanic literally Googled the issue on the spot rather than using any professional knowledge.
Check-engine lights gone from bad to worse: I arrived with a single engine-warning light; after their “service,” three lights were now illuminated.
They changed my oil but didn’t reset the maintenance indicator or even place a service sticker on the windshield. When I asked what they’d done, the mechanic couldn’t tell me.
New performance issues: My car used to feel rock-solid at highway speeds, but now it violently shakes above 70 mph and vibrates heavily under braking.
Overcharged labor: They bill at least one hour of labor for every tiny task and subcontract almost everything to a lab.
I’m still dealing with rattles, vibrations, and safety concerns. Do not take your car here—you’ll end up paying for a nightmare of sloppy, unprofessional service.
