5 /5 Ann Kelley: Staff are helpful & friendly, dr. Odeyomi is very competent & knoledgibl, she takes time to listen & offices practical help. I never feel she is rushed or in a hurry to get to her needy patient. The round rock location is very convenient, plenty of parking, a large waiting room. I filled out forms & had a short wait before I was taken to an exam room, the medical assistant was very nice & quickly completed an assessment competently. I didn’t have to wait long before the doctor came into the room, we discussed any problems I had & my last lab results. I received vaccinations for flu & pneumonia from the medical assistant& I was then taken to a lab drawing station by a phlebotomist, she drew blood for testing, the venipuncture was painless & I was discharged. It all took an hour& I was on my way home. I would definitely recommrmd this clinic, doctor & staff to anyone. Reminders for upcoming appointments are sent by text message & online registration is available. All very convenient.

4 /5 Sally Hopkins: My PCP put in a referral request for me to see Dr Caldwell. First callback didn’t seem to understand why, who or what she was calling ME for. Put me on hold; I hung up after waiting 10 minutes. Tried again today and call taker said she’d contact Dr Caldwell’s scheduler. Received a call from Olivia, who was delightful and got me an appointment with nurse practitioner for next month. Thank you Olivia!!
