If you want a 1 star experience at a place that takes walk-in’s, please do that, but if you want a place run by a family that will treat you like family and you the time and attention you deserve and at a reasonable price… then go here. You’re not just another face and another dollar with Danny, Barbara and Jason or anyone else that works here, they treat you well, do a fantastic job and earn your repeat business for sure. Had the person that left a 1 star review scheduled an appointment they would have experienced it themselves. I am speaking as a long time customer.

I walked in to your location at 118 Barnes Dr. and didnt have my cell phone with me and the women told me she needed my phone number to put me on the list and would not take my name so I could sit in one of your empty 8 or 10 chairs and wait to have my name called and get my hair cut. What you dont advertise is that you have to check in on line first or give your phone number when you walk in the front door. I dont care to be on your" list " nor have my information in your system or share any information about me. WALK-INS ARE NOT WELCOME. Your system sucks. Billy O.
