1 /5 Jo M.: I went in today and requested a pedicure and dip nails. When seated for the pedicures, I asked to see the choices for the gel color. The man brought a book and I selected number 236. He sat the book down and proceeded to do the preliminary pedicure steps. When he got to the part for color, he opened the book again and asked what color. I pointed to a dark maroon color and said 236. He repeated 236 and then went and got the color. When he started painting my toes, it seemed much lighter than I expected. I commented that it was much brighter than I expected. He didn’t say anything. I thought it may get darker with another coat. When he was done, I went to the front where the book had been placed and opened it to check to see if I had not said the right number or if I was remembering it incorrectly. No, 236 is a dark maroon. I brought this to his attention and he pointed three selections over in the book and said that was the one he had done. It’s a very bright red color. There was no apology and no offer to correct it. Lesson learned. I will not go back to this place again.
