5 /5 Tara Miller: Let me give an in depth explanation for this rating. This rating is on behalf of two women who did an amazing job. First I will state that I went in previously and had a HORRIBLE color done on my hair. It was blotchy, uneven, brassy, and just all around a HOT mess. I put my beautiful hair in what I believed were trusting hands, and I was completely let down. If I were at least offered my refund, this wouldnt be posted, but because I wasnt offered my refund from the person who did my hair, I was completely rubbed the wrong way, especially after informing them of how important my hair was to me, being that I am mixed and have a different hair texture.
Thank the Lord for the two fantastic ladies who took the time to correct that damage that was done two days prior. Jan and Kelly were very professional, friendly, and though I am a quiet client, I felt very comfortable. They made the experience 210x better than the one I had two days prior to today. I will post a few pictures of the job done before and the amazing job done after. Jan did the color and Kelly assisted with the washing, and drying, things of that sort. I will not, out of respect (because I do believe in letting people make it) give the name of the first person. You will see a huge difference between the before and after photos. Though my curls have fallen out, you can obviously see the difference between the pictures of me in the red t-shirt... to the after pictures of me in the. Burnt orange long sleeve.
