5 /5 Ethel Mejia: I am very picky with choosing stylists. Megan came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. I went for a perm for the first time in 10 years. All the stylists are very friendly, and there is a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a fun experience, and they make sure you are happy with the results. My hair looks and feels fantastic! This has been my best experience at a hair salon.

2 /5 Lita Lilly: I travel a lot due to my husband being in the oilfield. Its very difficult for me to have a stay hair dresser so I normally look for the best rates salons and this one looked good and had great reviews however my visit started out great with getting my roots touched up with highlights and Shelby did a great job on the color. she decided to wait until after my hair was dry to cut my bangs (which Ive never encountered that before) Id already showed her a picture of what I wanted and the length I wanted from a previous cut Id gotten before, my bands after being cut was suppose to reach the bridge of my nose however when she started cutting I could tell instantly they we to short so when I looked in the mirror they were above my eye brows I was so furious!! It was not even close to the picture I showed her! I spend $100 plus eveytime I get my hair done and to sit there and ask me if theres anything they can do to fix it is ridiculous!! how are you going to fix bangs that were cut to short in the first place!! Ill never be back! Oh and next time someone asks if someone is experienced make sure theyve been doing it for more than a year!!!

4 /5 Roseanne: I am new to town. I love Aveda products and knew I wanted to go to an Aveda salon. I went to Alberts thinking I would take a look and make an appointment. I went in having read the other reviews posted on this page. I was greeted by a stylist at the desk. The salon is clean and does not have a heavy fragrance odor. I asked if someone was available to cut my hair, Lucky for me the girl I spoke with worked me in between he next appointment. The stylist was forthright about her length of experience. She cut my hair and provided the deep conditioning as advertised on Facebook for #35. I love my hair cut and the shampoo may have been the best I have ever had. She styled my hair better than my former stylist of 2 years.-who has 15 years experience. I must say it is a leap of faith to try someone for the first time, No regrets!!!

1 /5 Trish: Asked for M.C.s opinion and she said maybe shorten my bangs and lessen the weight of my hair. Usually when I hear that I think Im getting layers. She asked if it was important for me to have a ponytail and I said yes. Didnt really communicate further. She cut off 5 inches of hair to give me an uneven bob, gave me straight bangs way above my eyebrows, and layers that arent well incorporated with the rest of my hair. Walked out in tears and had to pay $40 for products and headbands to make this awful haircut look decent until it grows out. I regret not asking for Megan who seems to be the one who gets this place high ratings. First and last time going here.

5 /5 Roxanne Nowell: Tucked away in a little business center, is a gem of a hair salon. Using Aveda products, the stylist always produces good results. Megan, will listen to what you want and deliver without a problem. She makes you feel welcome and special. If you know what you want, bring in a picture and she will replicate it. If you dont know and let her use her own judgment; you will find she is an artist with a flair. Pricing is reasonable comparatively.
