Your visit is personable as Anna truly tries her best to give you the best experience. Making sure you’re satisfied throughout your entire appointment. I told her that I wanted my natural nails to grow and keep my length after soak off. She educated me on all the options and their benefits. We went with Gel X and she had the color I’ve been wanting for a few weeks. I’ve found my place and I’m so happy!

5 /5 ROMANS PLUMBING: Love how they made me feel at right at home when I 1st got here. They are very friendly and love how they worked on my pedi. Plus my phone was dying n they said no problem here is the cord n charged my phone. They also give u refreshments as well. Will be coming back soon.

Ana takes her time, is very attentive to detail, makes sure you are satisfied and is more than happy to correct or make any changes you request. I cannot stop looking at my nails, they are so pretty, well done, and I cannot wait to go for my refill. (Advice: schedule the appointment and dont rush the service)

From elegant nice staff and clean environment. Such a high end experience and a great price. I’ve soent the same amount or more and the salon doesn’t compare to how elegant this one is and the work is wonderful my husband loved my nailed and I do as well not chucks very natural finished work will be going again .

yanigeo: I went in on January 9th (my birthday) to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. I don’t know how they did my nails but they are done so poorly. It’s been 5 days and my nail chipped of opening up a makeup shadow at work, not only that but the nails are lifting and I was able to literally bite off the rest of the nail without it hurting. The nail came off like a press on nail. Not only that but the lady cut my cuticles on both hands. I would not recommend this place!!!!!!

Karina Grand: I went in for a fill in and to redo the color. The nail tech botched my nails. As you can see, the nail shape is horrid, noticeably uneven, and super thick. The nail tech cut my skin, while trying to cut down my nails. The gel polish is NOT a solid color, and really highlights the unevenness of the nail. Additionally, you can see my real nail peaking through on my thumb! Attached you will find pictures straight out of the salon. I cannot believe I paid $50 for this poor job.

Kimberly H. provides the best facials and even changes the service based on your skin needs since not everyone is the same. Victoria D, Desiree and Melly are all amazing as massage therapists and make me feel so loved and attended to when Im done. I always look forward to my visit.

Misty Gardella Brown: We came in for a couple’s pedicure, it was our first time at Pretty Nails. Staff was very friendly. A little on the gentle side, I am used to an Asian pedicure where they really give you a real scrub and callous removal. My husband still had sock fix in his corner of his nails on both lg toes that I had to dig out at home. My polish was so gooey that by the time I made it to my car, I had to put a glitter polish at home over it because it was smudged. I was surprised they did not put wet nails under a dryer. Again friendly service, but at $40 each I should not have had to fix our toes at home.

Mayra Morales: THE MOST HORRIBLE NAILS IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I went in with both daughters spent 175$ I got acrylic with gel and a pedi with gel and both shellacs lifted within 2 hrs!! Went back to ask for my money back for shellac and they had me waiting for 1hr then the lady tells me she’s to busy and can’t redo it! Then finally after complaining to her she tells me she can’t refund but can fix. On the 2nd day they lift again! Just horrible work. While she fixed the nails she kept pulling my hands and just being aggressive. I don’t remember her name but she has a big Buddha hanging on her neck and is around 50 or 60 yrs old sits on the 4th row 1st space! Anyway, I never write reviews but as a business owner I will expect more than this horrible experience! I will also share on fb and Instagram! You guys don’t deserve to have business! Period!
