2 /5 Shin Ei Lin: Because of the high ratings, I decided to visit. However, the atmosphere at Tech felt rushed. While efficiency is good, making guests feel like youre rushing to serve the next customer isnt ideal. Additionally, the attention to detail in the pictures wasnt great. Moreover, I actually understand Vietnamese, and I overheard the Tech next to mine saying that a customers nails lasted for two months before she returned. My Tech then said, Dont let the customers nails last so long, two months is too much. While this perspective may be valid from a business standpoint, it would be better not to say it in front of the customer. Even if they probably dont understand Vietnamese, I believe there is someone like me who does.
