5 /5 Ricky Jones: Called these folk around 5:00pm July 14. Told them my car suddenly started cutting out. Google search and found them 20 miles away. Said he didn’t think he could fix it that night he was covered up. He didn’t want to give false hope about a quick fix. Got there he hooked it up and did a diagnostic. Number 5 cylinder had a Miss. changed the electronic ignition for that cylinder. Test drove it. Handed it back fix. I was back on the road by 6:45 with my wife and 3 grandchildren. 10 year old boy and two 7 year old girls. He really saved the day. And he called and checked on us a hour later making sure sure we were OK. Charged a fair price $

1 /5 Chunis iOS: I took my car in because the dashboard was lighting up like a Christmas tree. I spoke with the owner and explained the issues I was experiencing, then left the car with them for repairs. It ended up staying there for a month. They claimed the problem was a faulty ABS module, which they said was causing all the issues. When I finally got the car back, it seemed to run fine at first, but within a couple of weeks, the same problems started happening again. I went back to the shop and told the owner the issues had returned and that the car was still under the warranty he had given me. Two weeks later, my dad went by the shop to check on the car. He spoke with the owner, who now claimed the problem was something else entirely: a GPS tracker. He also said it would cost more to fix and that the warranty wouldn’t cover it. My dad politely pointed out that the car had already spent a month in their shop and wasn’t properly fixed the first time, so he wasn’t going to pay anything more. At that point, the shop owner got defensive, raised his voice, and acted unprofessionally. We decided to take the car to All Pros Automotive in Henderson, TX. They fixed it within a week. They told me the real issue was a faulty computer system, and they also noticed wires left sticking out left by whoever had worked on it last, which was 259 Automotive. Since then, the car has been running great. I wouldn’t recommend 259 Automotive to anyone they clearly didn’t know what they were doing.

1 /5 Justin Carroll: Absolutely, DO NOT take your vehicle to 259 Automotive. My experience has been a complete disaster. What should’ve been a straight forward repair turned into months of delays, miscommunication, and constant excuses. This all started in late January—and it’s now early June—and my vehicle is still not fixed. Once the job became a warranty issue, the owner, David, completely changed. He became rude, dismissive, and unreliable. Parts were replaced and re-replaced, the wrong parts were used, and diagnoses constantly changed with no clear answers. David blamed everyone but himself—O’Reilly’s parts, his contacts at a machine shop, even my vehicle—never once taking responsibility. And throughout it all, he repeatedly tried to make it sound like he was doing me a favor, even though the mistakes were entirely on his end. Communication was terrible. When I asked for basic updates, I was cussed at, and I was eventually blocked. I’ve been left without a vehicle for over four months because of his poor management and lack of professionalism. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—go anywhere but 259 Automotive. This shop does not stand behind its work, and customers are clearly not a priority.

5 /5 Chris Nash: Had our engine in our car go out on the way to louisiana and everyone here helped the best they could and even let us hang out in the lobby with them for 5hrs until a tow truck arrived. Very good people. Blade(dog) was fun also!!!
