1 /5 Briana Segura: Horrible experience involving hair dye. Went in one day to ask for a specific hair dye color to which one of the ladies told me I’d only need to use toner on my hair to get the color I wanted. I, however, already knew my hair had to be bleached because of how blotchy my hair was from other dyes but I trusted them since they were the professionals. Next day, they dye my hair and I went home not liking the color because it wasn’t the color I wanted. I call and tell them the situation and they tell me to go in tomorrow so that they can fix the color for free to which I agreed. Next day, I go in one of the ladies dyed my hair again literally just a shade lighter to which I complained about too because it wasn’t the color I told them I wanted it. They proceed to try to manipulate me into telling me that I needed to get my hair bleached from the beginning instead of only using a toner to get the color I wanted. I told them that they were the ones who told me I needed toner only to get the color I wanted and that from the beginning I knew my hair needed to get bleached. Throughout the entirety of them trying to “fix my hair” the owner or manager was just next to me the whole time angry at me telling me how it’s my fault for denying wanting to bleach my hair. They denied me a refund and told me that they couldn’t do anything because the products were already used up on my hair. Nothing was given to me for some sort of closure. I left with $150 less for something I didn’t want.
