Albert Morales Great shop. 617 rescued us from two other shops in the area that couldnt get the job done right. I had a differential breakdown and initially took truck to two other shops. First one screwed us and 2nd one claimed that it was the wrong size differential. They couldnt line up the bolts. Roland was called as a favor and he lined it right up. Needless to say, I took my truck out of that shop and took it to Roland. He got me fixed in no time and sent me on my way. Very good reasonable rates as well. You wont go wrong with this shop. Lots of knowledge. Thank you Roland for taking on another shops mess.

Tom Anderson My truck broke down recently near Marshall TX, it was after hours but Roland answered the call and even got me in touch with a tow truck. He promptly started working on my truck the next morning. Roland and his mechanics fixed my truck and even worked late on Saturday to get me up and running again. Great service and fair rates, this is who to call if you need repairs in the Marshall area.

David Taylor Awesome place and people. They have worked on weedeaters, chainsaws, mowers, 4 wheeler, and my Polaris Ranger. Ben and Brenda do a great job explaining what needs to be done, get it done in a timely manner, and all at a fair price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Stephen and Janie Bradley Had my pontoon boat reupholstered and new carpet. They did a good job on that but tore out all of my wiring lifting the seats and console. Also, they didnt bother to unhook my stereo speakers and they tore the paper right out and ruined them. I spoke with them and they agreed to replace the speakers (I fixed the console wiring myself). I waited several months and the owner did not keep his word and replace the speakers that they tore up. They also tore apart my live well and bait well. It is unfortunate because they did good work. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to give them a chance to make things right, but they made the choice not to.

Christian Cochran J&L Automotive was fantastic! They got my truck in and diagnosed faster than anyone else in town. Had the parts the next day and had it fully repaired by the following day. The price was very reasonable, the techs had a great attitude, and the truck has been running perfectly since. He was professional, calm, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He coordinated everything quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was honest with what my vehicle had going on, even helped me get to a hotel for the night and picked me up to get my vehicle when it was done. Riley, the tow driver, showed up promptly and got the job done efficiently. He was polite and handled my vehicle with care, which I really appreciated. Overall, the experience was smooth and far better than I expected thanks to Josephs attentiveness and the teams reliability. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself needing roadside help!

Nicole Tyler First came to Big 5 when we bought a 2021 ford that had a death wobble trying to figure out why and what needed to be replaced. They were very helpful. Now I’m back again for an oil change on my ram 3500. Everything went smoothly and I’m back on the road! I haven’t had a bad experience yet!

Taylor Musser I do NOT recommend the Big 5 in Marshall! I took my car in for an oil change and a rotate & balance. Once I got in my car and left Big 5 my car had a hard right pull, so I took my car back. They first tried to blame it on the style of tire I had, but then quickly realized they were completely wrong. Two of my tires had been separated. Instead of wanting to fix the problem, they just wanted to throw the two bad tires on the back and let me drive home and then come in the next day for new tires since they had to be ordered. Fast forward a week later and I am stranded on the side of the road with my two year old daughter because my car is trying to overheat. Come to find out I have absolutely no coolant. I will never go back to that place of business again. I can only hope they learn from their mistakes and not put anyone else’s life in danger.

Rosalie Johnson My muffler was hanging down loose. I was very concerned about having to wait for a part to be delivered for it to get fixed up. They fixed the issue as soon as I got there. Very fast service. Front desk was friendly. Overall, I had a good experience here today!

Joe Pool After installing a new wheel cylinder for my rear brake drum, I went here to get the air bled out of the brake lines. The mechanic said he bled them as much as he could, but that the bleeder valve for the front caliper was stuck, so he could not bleed the entire system. The brakes were just as spongy when I left, and they still charged me $88. The next day, I took my truck to a shop in Kilgore where a guy bled the brakes for $20.

Micah Crumbie The employees were very nice and the shop was clean. But they charged me more than double what I pay for filters and oil at orileys. I understand the shop fee, but a $100 for a single fuel filter is just wild.

I am loving the service they are providing they cleaned my window they check my oil two or three times just to make sure that it was at the right specs also the prices were reasonable I will be back to Rilo. Big shot out to Demon. Very nice customer service.
