Very sad when something so simple can be messed up. You place and order, they repeat it to you and its still wrong... whether its the people prepping not caring or the person taking the order Not noting the details... I honestly cant say where the order was messed up. But when three of the four meals asked for ketchup and ketchup is still left out of the bag given... seriously. No other condiment was asked for.
The forth meal was a plain sanwhich. Plain... how is that messed up. Honestly I thought our meal was simple easy. "Hard to mess up" I thought. Yet the only two things we asked for they were completely ignored. Dont know where the failure was. Its just sad to know our request were ignored. Next time (if ever) I will make sure to dine in at this location. At least that way I can ask them to correct the wrong.
