Wendys - Lamesa (TX)

1 /5 Retired TSgt USAF: I approached the counter to place an order. The employees were huddled in a group, chatting. They glanced at me, then headed to the back. I waited at least 8 minutes with no service. I left, feeling refused. Not sure what happened, but it wasnt good. Im a 60-year-old white retired veteran. Hopefully, this is one of the 350 Wendys locations slated for closure.

1 /5 Joe H: Must be independent own. They charge for sauces. Heaven forbid customers ask for sauce. Oh and the app dont work here, i wonder why? Order on the app. Bacon was terrible and overcooked

1 /5 K Bella: I’m a Wendy’s fan BUT I’d give less than one star if I could. Please check your food if you visit this location - my burger was undercooked, chicken nuggets ice cold, my chili was all beans barely any meat, and my potato was so cold and tough. To add to this there were no utensils, no sauce, and no sour cream for the potato. Then I asked for bbq sauce and was told I’d pay .50 for each! Ma’am you never put any sauce in my order. Seriously, corporate needs to get involved and hire staff interested in product quality and customer service. I will be calling to suggest it.

1 /5 Shermaine: Terrible customer service from Esther. She is rude to the employees and customers. She placed my change on the counter without a receipt and turned her back to me. Esther has an unnecessary attitude. I was polite. I will never stop here again during my visits.
