5 /5 Julie Johnson: Our first time ever going here. I called to see if they had a wait time and they said they did not (surprisingly). When we got there they opened the door for us and already had our table ready! The atmosphere is very comfortable - with low lighting - and the servers are very friendly. The food was amazing. Blueberry ice cream was to die for. I recommend ordering a martini and splitting it with someone. That was a fun experience! Lol I can’t believe I had never been here before. This will be my husband and I’s regular dinner spot when we visit Galveston!

5 /5 Kayla: Vargas deserves more than 5 stars! The food was superb! The bisque was one of the best Ive ever tasted. My husband and I both ordered their steak and lobster special, which was phenomenal. And their whipped potatoes were delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Their level of service and detail creates is perfect, especially when you are seeking a little more elevated dining experience.
