1 /5 Glenda Banta: The building looks high end and has a nice view of the golf course, so I was expecting a good experience. Instead it was the worst dining experience Ive had since moving to the area. The website said they open at 11:00, so we arrived a little after. We were told they dont open until noon and lunch now comes from the snack shack next door, so we were allowed to place our orders. After half an hour I was informed that they did not have chicken salad, so I ordered nachos. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive. My husband got a burger that was small and dry and supposed to come with fries, but did not, for $14. I ordered loaded nachos for $10. The chips were overcooked just short of burnt and came with cheese from a can only. I had ordered cheese tater tots with my original sandwich order and those were also close to burned and covered in canned cheese. The bill included a 20% service charge even though our food came in to go containers and there were no offers of drink refills, etc. I would rate the atmosphere higher except that the seating was extremely uncomfortable and the staff made it seem like we were not wanted there.
