Trailblazer Grille - Burnet (TX)

5 /5 Alaina Frederick: We absolutely loved Trailblazer Grille. The service was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. I got scrambled eggs and the chicken and biscuit. It’s rare to go to a diner that has seasoned eggs but these were! The breading on the chicken had a lot of flavor and the chicken was tender and moist. My husband got steak, eggs, toast and hash browns. I had a bite of the steak and it had great flavor. The owners are a Christian homeschooling family. They even have a Bible verse on the back of their shirts. We are planning on going back to take our kids - yes, it’s that good we are going to drive an hour for food!

5 /5 EGV3: Great food made from scratch. Packed with full flavor. Loved the chicken fried chicken. Thin batter so wonderful in flavor. Even the potatoes are on point. The Philly was also good. Very big a filling. Great cheese dip. Will definitely be coming back.

4 /5 Joe LaFerriere: Emmalee from Junk Shop Adamsville recommended we try The Trailblazer Grille for lunch and she was spot on! The Chips and Homemade Salsa are really good with just enough “kick” to be noticed. We ordered the Avocado Chicken and a Lonesome Club sandwich with side salads. The salads were fresh and they make their own dressings and they were delicious. The club was solid and loved the use of a sweet ham and the aioli versus the standard mayo…perfect but get some extra on the side to really enjoy the flavors. The Avocado Chicken was very good and the sweet potato fries a solid accompaniment. This place is a must visit if you’re anywhere near Burnet, TX!!! Our server Jessica was so sweet and took great care of us!!!

4 /5 Christina: Get the coconut creme pie!!! It was SOOOOOOOO good! Service was great!! Get the fried mushrooms -- they were the highlight of the meal! We all liked our food -- the steak was probably the best out of the Cajun cooked pasta, Reuben, and Avocado chicken sandwich. I think we all liked our desserts more and we each got different desserts :) Very Clean and attentive staff! Thank You!
