2 /5 Laura Delgado: We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight and were extremely disappointed. These days, dining out is just too expensive to not receive what you ordered especially when you’re treating yourself after a long, well-deserved day.
We placed our order online, and the app experience was great. We arrived a few minutes early, and our food was ready right on time, which we appreciated.
However, once we got home and cut into our steaks, we were very let down. One was completely raw, and the other was not just well-done it was overcooked. We had ordered them medium and medium-well. I called the restaurant to see if there was a way to fix the issue, and Michael said someone would be reaching out to me. I truly hope it’s resolved, as we’ve been loyal Roadhouse customers for years.
All of our sides were great, but the steaks were incredibly disappointing—no flavor and cooked completely wrong.
