3 /5 S K: I have been to different Texas Roadhouse even in other states but this one in Rosenberg was disappointing. First, I tried to order food at 9:30pm. Understand the online order stopped taking order so I wanted to place the order for the bread rolls since I heard they were so delicious. I called the store, the manager say we can place order if we order something beside the bread so we were like okay. We wanted to get a dozen rolls. Then they told us their “poofer machine” doesn’t work. Did they really not want to make it or was it really broken?
If they didn’t want to make food why not close the store at 930pm.
The next day I spent $50 on food cuz I wanted to give it another shot. This time service was super slow to pick up order and then the bread came out raw!!!!! I should have looked at the reviews. This is definitely a food safety concern and ruin the guest experience. Will definitely not come back to this location.
