5 /5 Ashley Bjorkman: What a fantastic experience!! The sushi was so fresh. Really enjoyed the whole menu. If you are looking for a wonderful filling dinner look no further book the reservation. Was blown away at how great and fresh the sushi was. Hands down my new favorite sushi spot. Cant thank the chefs enough for a beautifully prepared meal.

5 /5 Rebecca Phung: We went for my sisters birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The pre dinner canapes came with a drink and 3 small bites, that were delicious and a fun start to dinner. The actual omakase was very much focused on just the sushi, all 16 courses were just nigiri, but all the pieces were very good. They also give you the option to get any pieces again ala carte at the end.

5 /5 Azalia Perez: Came here to celebrate a friends birthday, and it did not disappoint! Everything was exquisite, flavorful, and divine. Loved the concept of fresh, made from scratch sushi, all while diving into the background of each ingredient and how it was intentionally woven together. It was definitely an experience I hope to have again and again!

5 /5 Cathy: A tasteful balance of modern and traditional approaches to sushi done well. Definitely one of the best sushi places in Austin. If you’ve been to Pasta Bar | ATX, this is under the same hospitality group and follows a similar format. The entire dinner does take 3 hours, so be ready for that experience. Starting off with a complimentary drink and small bites in the front room, the main dishes are served in another room that is hidden away. Reminded me of a speakeasy. We chose the optional caviar and truffle add-ons for an additional cost. This place is pricy, but worth it imo. With 2 drinks, the caviar/truffle add-on, tax, and mandatory 20% service charge, total was a little over 800 for 2 people.
