1 /5 Manual Tavarez: Pulled up to the drive thru to order, female taking the order obviously needs training. I don’t think she understands that she applied for her job and it is a customer driven business.
There was attitude in her voice, management truly needs to re-train her in customer service and dealing with people.
The worst thing about ordering fast food, is the person usually taking the order is in a super rush and doesn’t even give you the opportunity to respond before they start asking the next question.
This was my experience today, rude service and I didn’t deserve it, I was simply trying to order food for my grandson and grandpa.
So I shred with her that she was “great” at her job and drove off.
We are across the street eating at Dairy Queen. The food and service here is great.
