Sonic Drive-In - Carrizo Springs (TX)

1 /5 Garth: I rated this place a 1 star only because I couldn’t rate it any lower. They got our orders wrong 3 different times and still gave us the wrong food. By the time I was able to eat my food it tasted disgusting because they put everything on it that I asked them not to. When we told them the problem with our food, the employees acted like they could care less and that we were inconveniencing them by having to fix the order.

1 /5 Diana Martinez: My first and last time ever at this Carrizo Springs Sonic. I can’t even give them a star, this place didnt deserve anything. Ive for 1 never been to a Sonic where the servers were so slow, got my order wrong and then wanted to charge me twice for what they didnt get right and already had charged me. And then totally acted like I was inconvenienced them and bothering them. Food was cold and the the strawberry cheese cake shake never had strawberry in it. It was more a cheese cake shake. And I really have enjoyed all of the Sonics Ive ever been to. Even in other states. Never had a complaint. So sorry about this place . No good. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.

2 /5 Monica Tapia-Jordan: We ordered at the drive thru & I repeated my order twice. Yet it was still made wrong. I asked to have my food remade to remove certain condiments & all they did was scrape it off. Girls at the window were both rude & wouldn’t take the time to listen carefully to what was wrong with the order.

3 /5 Maximo Martinez: The food was good and warm. The server was polite and helpful. My biggest concern is that almost every order stall is barely functional, and as time goes on, they are getting worse. The screens are no longer functional on most, and some rear side plastic is even shattered. The side on the road is also non-functional. Another note which may or not be related to the signs is I am unable to check into stalls as they state they are unavailable.

1 /5 Robyn Bullock: Stopped by this sonic in Corrizo Springs and had a terrible experience. I ordered ice cream and it tasted like pine sol. Asked for new ice cream and the employee was annoyed with me and was rolling his eyes and being rude. Brought us new ice cream and it STILL tasted like pine sol. It made my tongue tingle and my lips burn. I also got a stomach ache on my way home. I asked for a refund the employee came back with my change and practically threw it in my window. Very dissatisfied.
