1 /5 Caleb Caney: We were so disappointed. The service here is exceptionally awful. They were nice, but barely ever spoke to us. We saw our waiter a total of four times. It was almost as if he was hiding out somewhere. The only time he talked was to help me with the payment machine. It was outrageously expensive.
He got our order wrong, but never came back where we could tell him. The next time he came back by was when we were getting up to leave. And we had to get our own to-go box as well. I think that’s the reason he came by after we were through. Because we got up and helped ourselves. The food was good, but the service made it taste like soap. We couldn’t believe it. We will not ever come back. Please at least act like you like us. We tried to hold a conversation and thanked him profusely for the drinks and food. We smiled and called him “sir,” but it didn’t help. Oh well. You live and learn. Señor Cactus was a waste of money.
