Schlotzskys - Brownwood (TX)

1 /5 Rainbow Boi1031: I went into this schlotzskys yesterday around 7:30,its would have been my first time to actually try them but I didnt order anything due to the fact of how nasty and rude the service we received their from an older lady around her 50 to 60 years old wears a apron,had a pink shirt on and an orange fishnet ballcap.stepped inside looking at the menu telling her how it was my first time trying their subs their was no need for her to rush nobody,then the entire time she was being rude and snarky,when I finally did pick Sandwhich their number 12 the Reuben I dont get told after I put my whole order in she finally told me oh were out of what I was ordering then why wasnt I informed before starting my order that is very unprofessional Im sorry but this is not the job for her if thats how she speaks to customer

5 /5 Holly Pledger: The young lady, Aubrie, that took my order through the Drive thru lane was extra nice. It was so refreshing to see a smiling face and kind words from her. She actually made my day.

1 /5 Judy Thomason: Ordered a 10" pizza and got a flat bread. Asked for the pepperoni to be cut and with that got very little toppings. Thus is the first time that my food was this bad. There was no offer for a refund only to remake it and I didnt want to wait as long as I did for the wrong order.

3 /5 Tara Kinsey: The softdrinks were flat, the ice machine was broken, the unsweetened tea was sour, and they made my sandwich with olives even though the cashier put the order in correctly. Also, Im not sure why restaurants pack your meal to-go even though they ask you if youre eating in. Seems wasteful. However, my sandwich was good despite the olives and Miss Vickies chips never disappoint.

1 /5 Meagan Roberts: I tried keeping this off of Google reviews and I emailed the company directly with my complaints 7 days ago and have not heard back so Im going to copy and paste my original complaint..... Hi my name is Meagan and I used a T-Mobile code from my phone company to get a free email sandwich from your company. I ordered a French dip and small drink and I am insanely disappointed in what I received. I will attach pictures. What I ordered should have 2 cheeses and carmelized onions and all that is on my sandwich is dry meat, nothing else. I was looking forward to this French dip and dont understand why the employees would be so careless. I understand it was a free sandwich but that should not matter. I have attached pictures. This was my first time eating here and Im very disappointed and will be leaving a review.
