5 /5 Choate Family: We ordered delivery through DoorDash on 1/4/26 (a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad). Unfortunately, a small mistake happened during packaging and our dressing was left out. After receiving no response from the dasher, we called the store. Both the employee who answered the phone and the manager were incredibly friendly and extremely understanding - even after we mentioned that calling about salad dressing felt rather silly. Without hesitation, they offered to personally bring the dressing so we could enjoy our dinner. Less than 15 minutes later, the manager himself showed up at our door with the caesar dressing, complimentary bread knots, and a sincere apology. This level of customer service is truly outstanding and memorable. We will absolutely continue ordering from Roma’s and look forward to enjoying their service in person as well. Highly recommend!

5 /5 A Dagampat: Kaufman NEEDS more grownup restaurants in town that can serve plates of deliciousness like the kind Romas serves(Chicken Piccatta, Romas Chicken and Shrimp...)! And they better come with the friendly customer service too! Next, Ill be trying their pizzas!

2 /5 Lawrence A: We have ordered from here and gotten delivery. The pizza is outstanding however, the pasta and Bruschetta were not good at all. Bad enough, that we couldnt even eat it. We will order pizza from here but never again get anything else.

5 /5 Victor Hernandez: We visited Saturday night, nov 1st . We had calamari & the wings BBQ. Our table ordered lasagna , pizza, baked ziti & chicken Alfredo. All of it exceeded our expectations . Marvelous place in a small town. We live in Mabank & will make the drive again for the delicious food. The server was very sweet and never once let our drink to become low. Family owned business and am happy to support.
