1 /5 Joshua Bueno: On June 1st 2024, me my wife and 2 kids attended Rollies BBQ for a graduation party, I had the brisket sandwich with potato chips and soda as did my wife. My wife also had the bowl which consisted of brisket, macaroni with bbq sauce and had shared it with my son. This food was provided by Rollies, this food was the only food we had eaten at Rollies and the very next day my son, my wife, and I had signs and symptoms of food poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc...). During the week we had taken our 2 year old son to the the hospital due to dehydration where they diagnosed him with severe dehydration, and tested positive for salmonella and E. Coli, all related to food poisoning that came from the brisket that day. This was our 1st time going as a family and our last time. Highly dont recommend Rollies BBQ to anyone.
