Pizza Inn - Sulphur Springs (TX)

1 /5 Bridgette Cooper: I ordered 3 items from Pizza Inn in Sulphur Springs, Tx. Luckily I ordered through DoorDash and picked up. I waited an additional 20 minutes. The staff was outside in they cars feet hanging out the back. The worker looked nasty and dirty also. So I gets home and none of my order is right! It’s really the audacity of the dirty workers and their nasty attitudes. Customer service is #1! None of my pizza had toppings or the correct toppings. When I called she had the audacity to be rude on y’all mistake! Make some corrections with your staff or I wouldn’t support an establishment like this! I had a Pepperoni with peppers ITALIAN CRUST not him. Garlic Cheese Bread Hamburg Bacon Pizza Now you tell me what’s going on?

5 /5 Matthew Ash: As a dasher I was treated right and The girl there was extremely kind and nice. God bless her. She is sweet. She understands what treating people with kindness means and that Dashers are also fellow contracted employees and not to talk bad about sonic but I think most of the people at sonic are nice but when you’re charged for a cup of water and then treated as if not urgent whenever you almost have a heat stroke something like this is like an angel from heaven. There are a couple other places that are like this and nice. I wish they all were like this though. She is the best

5 /5 John Dirkson: I order here from time to time, always great value and service. Love the new microwave safe container for reheating. I’d throw the garlic bread in the spaghetti and no box, with utensils in the bag. I don’t understand why you have paper underneath or why the sauce is mixed in and not on top? Dry, New cook?

1 /5 Porkchop Sandwiches: I went yesterday, and they have changed their thin crust. It was as if they smashed 2 thin crust doughs together. It was like eating pizza on stale toast. It was so awful compared to the wonderful thin crust theyve had for years. It was so unbelievably bad.

1 /5 Destany Mims: I have been eating here for years off and on. I spent $50 on 4 adult buffet. Pizza and dessert pizza was old and cold. Im talking about knock the pizza on the table hard. The only thing good was the salad. Fresh pizza was put out while we was leaving.This will be my last time eating here.
