1 /5 M J: Ordered food via app, paid via app, selected delivery, tipped driver via app. Waited over an hour on a 20 min delivery ETA. Called Pizza Hut multiple times no answer. Drove to location 1:15 minutes after order placed while still on the phone with it ringing. Walked in and up to order counter. Stood there about 5 minutes before I finally initiated contact with an employee. She asked what I needed. I told her that I ordered pizza with delivery over a hour prior. I also advised her that her phone was ringing. She ignored it still. I told her it was me on the other end trying to get in contact with store for the last 30-40 minutes. They either lost, ate, or never made my order. They stated they would have to remake it with a 30-45 minute wait. I demanded a refund which took the rude General Manager, Kaden, another 10 minutes to figure out how to do. I paid $51.80 on the app. My refund receipt was for 48.80. I spent another 5 minutes trying to make Kaden understand that the $3.00 in question was the delivery drivers tip, but that I never got a delivery. All Kaden would say is “you will get your money back in your bank account in 2-3 business days”. This is normal operation for this PizzaHut apparently. There were at least 7 -8 people in there waiting on orders with same complaint as mine. I sure hope Dominoes does better! I don’t know who covers payroll for this Pizza Hut, but they need to go see what they are paying for!
