5 /5 Clark Pike: One of the best Vietnamese restaurants Ive been to thus far. I went here with my family and we sampled the usual Vietnamese dishes people usually get. Ive got to say, the Pho soup was delicious, their Special Combo Fried rice was delicious, and the Stir Fried Noodle was also delicious. Can confidently say that all their food is going to be good if those three were. Their food also has the care and pride that I look for whenever my family and I eat out, you can tell on the first few bites -- not too little or too much of salt, pepper, or anything. Its just right.
The atmosphere is very nice as well, very comfortable. A little more furniture and I wouldnt mind taking naps here. The restaurant is family owned, cozy, and you can tell everyone there is kind and relaxed.
My only complaint that I have for them is that I wish their menu was larger like other restaurants in the cuisine (other Vietnamese restaurants have 50+ items). Theyve fifteen different food items, from what I saw, which is still a lot. Though, I was hoping they had some Korean style Beef Medallions, my favorite dish from Vietnamese and Korean restaurants.
Their Boba Tea and other drinks (Thai tea and Smoothies) can contend with the best of them in taste. Theyre delicious and balanced. Again, their selection is small, but what they do have is perfect. We tried the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Matcha Boba Tea, Thai Tea.
I will say with confidence that I would be able to eat here every day and not get tired of it, easy. Eating here definitely satisfied my Vietnamese food cravings. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I now know Granbury has a good Vietnamese restaurant.
