The fish al mojo de ajo was nothing short of phenomenal — perfectly seasoned, tender, and infused with a rich garlic flavor that elevated every bite. The portion was incredibly generous, making it ideal for sharing without ever feeling short on flavor or quality. The star of the evening, however, was the octopus “stranded”. It was truly incomparable — tender yet firm, beautifully prepared, and unlike anything else we’ve had before. Both dishes reflected a level of freshness and care that you rarely find, and the presentation added a refined touch that made the meal feel special. The atmosphere of the restaurant complemented the food perfectly, warm and welcoming while still maintaining an elegant flair. Palapas Seafood is a place where you can enjoy hearty, flavorful seafood that feels both comforting and gourmet at the same time.
