1 /5 Pamela Trevino: This was my second visit, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing as the first.
My first visit was on a Sunday at 11 a.m., when the restaurant was extremely busy, so I initially gave some grace regarding service delays. However, this second visit was on a Saturday around 2:30 p.m., and the restaurant was not busy, which made the service issues much more concerning.
Regarding atmosphere, the music was uncomfortably loud and felt more like a bar setting than a restaurant. If who enjoy that type of ambiance you may appreciate it, but it was not ideal for our table.
Food : Our food was started good , unfortunately it got cold due to the items our table was waiting on .
The service, however, was the most problematic part of the experience. Our waitress did not introduce herself and was consistently inattentive. Several items we ordered were never brought to the table. When we requested a condiment, more than 10 minutes passed without it arriving. During this time, we attempted to get her attention multiple times, but she ignored us while walking around the floor. We observed her standing near the bar laughing and socializing with another party .
One person at our table eventually approached another waitress (blonde) to request the condiment and was told to “wait for your waitress.” (Not very friendly ) After another 8 minutes, I personally approached our waitress, who was still with the other party ( just at the bar ) and I asked for the items we requested ; She responded dismissively, stating she was “checking out that table,” I pointed out to her it would only take couple only seconds to get the item ( sauce and syrup ) She rolled her eyes, as I walked back to the table , she eventually dropped the items off at our without any apology or acknowledgment, and walked away.
When it came time to pay, we waited another 10 minutes before having to locate her ourselves. There was no “thank you,” no inquiry about the food, and no basic courtesy.
Given the dismissive and unprofessional behavior, I approached the bar to ask for her name. When I pointed her out, she again laughed and rolled her eyes. Neither the bartender or another waitress could not clearly identify her by name, ( Everly or Evee) which was surprising. I then asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager, Analisa, had gone to the store .
Due to the repeated poor service and lack of accountability, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant until the service standards are addressed and corrected
