1 /5 Migz: As someone in the industry, it was easy to spot that much of the food comes from pre-made products, which was disappointing. The “arrachera” is clearly a pre-marinated fajita product, and the shrimp served alongside it didn’t add much to the experience. To make things worse, the mushrooms were just sad—lacking flavor, texture, or anything that would make them worth ordering.
What’s even more frustrating is the pricing—it’s noticeably higher than it should be for the quality of food being served. The interior facade sets a certain expectation, especially given its downtown location surrounded by other restaurants with similar prices but far better execution. To top it off, the silverware was dirty and unpolished, adding to the overall lack of attention to detail.
If you’re just here for cocktails, they’re okay at best, but definitely not enough to redeem the meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, the food and service didn’t live up to it. There are far better options nearby.
