5 /5 Keith Proctor: Mercados was very inviting with dining areas to accommodate large groups to more intimate settings. Natalie, our server, was pleasant and extremely helpful. Knowledgeable about the menu and the entres, she had great recommendations. The entry, dining areas, and bathroom were clean and well attended. Each part of our order was cooked perfectly. Every entre was prepared with its own seasoning which gave a new experience to each item. The taco, enchilada, and tortilla soup stood out from others that you may get from so many Mexican restaurants. Bravo, Mercados!

Weve had the enchiladas be outstanding then came back a couple of days later or the next week and be completely the opposite.... Some of the waitresses could handle food better and present themselves better.... But when theyre on theyre really good..

What really made our visit special was our waitress, Madison—she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome, even on a busy holiday. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and added to an already enjoyable meal

His professionalism and prompt service truly stood out, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend him to anyone.

5 /5 Matt Begley: This has been a true staple of TEXMex in Tyler. I wish they still had the ice cream machine when you left. Their beef fajitas over the years has gone down a little bit because of the cut of meat, but it’s still pretty dang good. Tortillas made on site you can even watch them press them. Our waitress was new, but very polite and on point. Again, bring back the ice cream machine!!
