McDonalds - Hereford (TX)

4 /5 Stm0401 Who: Nice smiles and courteous service at the drive thru. We got two coffees, 4 creams on the side and a dry burger for the dogs. They got the order right and remembered the napkins. We had nothing to stir the coffees. The cups were generously overfilled and we had a minor mess in the car. So yeah. The burger smelled good and the dogs enjoyed a little treat. I recommend. We stop here frequently on interstate trips. They stay busy, but it seems well staffed and I dont recall experiencing any excessive wait while visiting.

1 /5 Victoria: The guy taking orders through the drive-thru always has an attitude. I stopped going to this location for that reason. Decided to stop at this location today around 1:30 pm after avoiding it for some time and once again he hesitated to take my order so I drove off and went to the new location. Teach employees if they dont want to work or are having a bad day not to take it out on customers. I wont be returning to that location again.

1 /5 Keff Japlan: i ordered a bacon quarter with no bun, received the wrong order (we ordered through drive through and got a LOBBY order), then when my mother drives back up there to fix it she is disrespected and laughed at by crew members, when we got the right burger barely any toppings were touching the meat as if they did it purposefully, called them literally 8 separate times and did not answer once except for the last call when i was interrupted trying to explain and Dolores, the manager, told me to call back later and when i did, no answer, i really don’t get how they’re still open. Absolutely unbelievable.
