McDonalds - Caldwell (TX)

1 /5 Tierra Scyrus: Visited our local McDonald & got a large iced vanilla coffee idk if the coffee they’re using is old but it was very bitter & you couldn’t even taste the vanilla cream or sugar 0/10 would recommend.

2 /5 Gerald Powell: Got this from McDonalds in the afternoon. It is suppose to be a vanilla plain large milkshake. Instead it is a mixture of some cinnamon something with a little vanilla and is old. I kept the pictures for proof of what I got. I havent been going there since the orders and food always gets mixed up. Some very basic orders or even coming out right. I wish they would do better for customers. Being that it is McDonalds and should have food that tastes good and is fresh. Still getting the wrong food that you order. Sausage is not bacon. How about we make it fresh.

1 /5 O L: Super inconsistent place, terrible service from the manager (older lady) who is no help, 2 times now I’ve ordered something online that SHOWS is available and when I got there they refused to make me it because the “turned of the machine” and when asked for a refund they refused to give me one and said it’s online it’s not my responsibility and then just offered me cheaper options trying to rob me. Would rate a 0 if I could.

5 /5 Amethyst: I don’t often like to go in and sit down at places usually because if it’s full of people or can be very noisy and I like more quiet and personal spaces and usually at night time

2 /5 John Wallace: Since nobody answers the phone at this location Ill share my experiences with everyone... A few months ago I ordered a home style burger and without onions easy mayo. It came loaded with onions and mayo. When I called to tell them because Im allergic to onions they denied it. And refused to fix it. Here I am tonight order the same thing order the same thing it did not have onions but it had twice the Mayo. Basically I think the employees struggle to follow directions. + This is a second review that I felt needed to be shared. This has to be the wheres McDonalds I have ever been to. Another bad experience with food thats not prepared correctly and takes forever. There were two vehicles in front of me in line at the drive-thru, it took 26 minutes for my food to come out Whataburger is slow but I could have eaten twice at Whataburger . And had much better quality food
