4 /5 Aaron M: If you can catch them open, this family owned place is worth stopping for country American or Tex Mex. They do have a buffet, but Ive never tried it.
Food: Although not pictured, I enjoy their barbacoa, guisado, huevos rancheros, pericos, and chicken fried steak. Food can be inconsistent depending on the cook, but the last CFS I had was perfect and competed with Del Rios "fancy" steakhouse by the lake.
Service: iIts usually understaffed, and it gets busy, so it can be a little slow but not for lack of effort. Always friendly.
Atmosphere: Hasnt changed in forever. Its cute in its own way, but it could use a face-lift. I do like the different old coffee mugs, though.
