Lulamaes Cajun Cuisine - Temple (TX)

2 /5 N: Had the crawfish Mac and cheese for the food truck competition. The dishes were not fresh, clearly sitting out for a while. The pasta was overcooked, the dish was dry, and the crawfish was gamey tasting (yes weve had plenty of crawfish before). I imagine if the food was fresh it would have been better, but nobody was ordering from this truck probably because of where it was in the parking lot (or handing out cold food, who knows)...

5 /5 Jesse Hastings: Got almost everything on the menu and it was ALL so tasty! The fries are well seasoned, the fried shrimp are crispy and delicious (with a Cajun dipping sauce), delicious BIG cup of gumbo with lots sausage and shrimp, and of course amazing etouffe. We got both the regular and the loaded fries etouffe. It’s a little more on the spicy side, but not overwhelming. Nice covered patio for seating with lots of family game activities - ping pong, big tic tac toe, a playground, and more.

5 /5 Melissa Lee: Let me just say that the longer you wait to try them the more upset you will be!! We have wanted to try them for months and finally made it at lunch to do so. I will even go as far as saying this is the best food we’ve had eating out in a while! The crawfish fries were delicious and LOADED. The boudin balls were perfect and tasted just like they were straight from Louisiana! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

5 /5 Diana B.: I have gotten a few things from their menu and they have all been delicious! Their crawfish étouffée is my favorite. The service is always great as well and I am always greeted with a warm smile and happy attitude.

5 /5 Noel: SO GOOD. We ordered the crawfish étouffée and the gumbo and I couldnt stop eating it until it was gone. We didnt stay to eat instead just ate it in the car because of the cold weather. Definitely coming back!! Thank you for having good cajun food!
