Lubys - Angleton (TX)

5 /5 Peggy Bryant: Made our first visit to Lubys new location today. The food was very good, plentiful and a good price. A LuAnn platter of chicken fried steak cost less than a hamburger meal. The service was very good. It is small, but comfortable and clean. We will definitely go again.

5 /5 marie lewis: Excellent service from Andrew and the hispanic lady waiting tables. Reasturant was very clean and food was excellent as always.

4 /5 Curtis Adams: The new location feels like a last ditch effort to stay alive. I hope it works, the staff is amazing and the food is worth the cost. The restaurant is roughly 1/3 the size of the old building. The serving line about the same. The only real thing to have almost been phased out is the salad area, but it was never anything to write home about. It gives you the feeling of being a hospital cafe but with good food.

1 /5 mekamoo01: My husband went and I asked him to get me the cucumber salad and Texas toast. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS DID I THINK IT WOULD LOOK LIKE THIS CRAP. THEY ARE SO WRONG FOR THAT. GLAD I DIDNT PURCHASE ANY PLATTERS BECAUSE I WOULD BE HIGHLY UPSET... Will not get any of my cash EVER AGAIN.
