I was charged for double meat and double vegetables, yet my portions were noticeably smaller than another customer’s—someone who received a huge serving without any extra charges. Watching that happen right in front of me made me feel singled out and completely dismissed. When I asked the cashier, she just said there was nothing she could do because “the cooks called it out.”
No customer should ever feel treated differently or unfairly. The inconsistency in service and pricing made me feel singled out, and unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to return or recommend this restaurant.
