Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi - Texarkana (TX)

1 /5 Shirley Ridgell: Complete trash!!!! Dont waste your money... We had 3 appetizers and all 3 were horrible, No flavor at all. We also i got 2 ramen bowls, I personally had the spicy beef and there was nothing spicy at all, the meat tasted old and looked discolored, the ramen broth was Luke warm. My sons was another ramen and it was luke warm and flavorless. The server never checked on us and then when paying, We were never showed a receipt, just laid a tablet on table with numbers and told to pay. Another waste of time in Texarkana...

5 /5 Gabriel Baez: I ordered to-go and waited less than 15 minutes which sent bad at all. Came in a nice bag, with all components separate. Cashier explicitly told me to select “No Tip” when paying, but I tipped anyways and he was very grateful. My only regret is not having tipped more, as it was very good. The flavor of the broth was simple, and everything else was the perfect texture. The only that would have made it better is if I had dined in instead. Hokkaido, give me the recipe or at least open a location in southern Arizona!

2 /5 mindy salazar: Service was good. The food was mmm I ordered ramen and something in it smelled dead. The eggs and meat in the ramen are very tasty other than that the food is not something I would go back for.

5 /5 Albis Varela: The food was very tasty but the presentation of the bowl was not. I know I might sound like a snob but work with me. Every authentic or want to be authentic ramen place always present a bowl like its the 1st. All the topping should be visible and the meat set to the side. My bowl just looked like broth until.I got my chop sticks and found everything was in it. Other than that the service was great food tasted great. Nothing really to complain about. Thanks again and I will be hungry for more soon!
