5 /5 Damilola Odusanya: The food was amazing! It was my first time and I really didn’t have high expectations, but every meal I ordered was cooked to perfection. I especially loved the Rosemary refresher and the five spice steak. So good! The waiters that attended to us were so kind, and they ensured that we enjoyed everything.

5 /5 Yen Nguyen: I just wanted to share how thrilled we are that Hẻm Noodle Bar has opened right here in our neighborhood! The location is perfect, and the decor is fantastic – we love the old-style Vietnamese images painted on the walls; it really adds a unique touch. The servers are incredibly well-trained and attentive, knowing exactly what to ask and paying attention to every detail. The menu is simple, which makes choosing easier. We tried the Com Tam Sai Gon and Bo Ne, and both dishes were absolutely excellent. The eggrolls we had as an appetizer were tasty as well. Were really happy with our experience and can’t wait to come back soon to explore more dishes!

The service was friendly and attentive, and the dining room has a clean, modern aesthetic that’s really inviting. We’re glad this spot is now close to us, and it already feels like a place we’ll return to often. The team mentioned that the menu will continue to grow, and it was nice to see how welcoming and positive everyone was. Overall, an excellent first visit and we’re looking forward to coming back!!

5 /5 Sam Olivares: Our first time trying this place, and it was a great experience. The staff were professional and friendly, especially Tran Ahh Minh N and the store manager. Our original pho spot closed on Hwy 90 & 99, and we’ve had a hard time finding a new favorite—until now. This is officially our go-to place for pho and other delicious dishes. Hopefully their reasonable prices will still be the same after their soft opening.
