5 /5 Tweetybird C: Great place to eat. Nice inside. Waitress she so sweet and very loveable girl and do her job well. The chicken fried Steak is big and delicious comes with green bean or corn and baked potatoes or fries and toast. Very friendly place

The aroma walking in made all of goo YUM We were a table of 3 the food was pleantiful and reasonably priced .The atmosphere is like stepping back in time like and we liked it was very nice I gave service 4 instead of 5 because our server seemed to forget we were there from time to time but was always pleasent and accommodating when we flagged her down

4 /5 James Eric Thomas: Have gone past this place many, many times on my way into Victoria from CorpusChristi. It always had quite a few cars in their lot and thought it must be a pretty good place and needed to stop and try it sometime. Finally did and really enjoyed it. Good food and service. Menu is basic Tex-Mex plus steaks and some seafood. I had the "Gonzalez Platter" which had 2 Enchiladas, a tamale, a crispy Taco, a Chalupa, a big scoop of freshly made guacamole, and rice and beans for only $11.95. And the tortilla chips were actually hot! All was very good, as was the service.
