5 /5 Jason Echols: Fantastic Italian surprise in small-town Texas. The food here is way better than you would ever expect from a little family spot right off the highway in Hamilton. The Alfredo sauce is rich, flavorful, and easily rivals big-city Italian restaurants, and the meatballs were tender, well-seasoned, and absolutely exceeded expectations. Portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The decor is pretty basic and nothing fancy, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. It feels like the kind of place you go for a great meal, not for Instagram photos. What really stands out is that it’s clearly family-run, and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Service was attentive without being pushy, and it made for a perfect stop while charging at the nearby Tesla supercharger. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through Hamilton and want a surprisingly great Italian meal.

5 /5 leisel Hickey: Second time here for take away and the food was really really good. The folks working were so nice and friendly. We ordered the meat lovers pizzas with all sorts of extras and it was perfect .

2 /5 hunter neyland: Do not recommend. Restaurant was empty. Was not waited on or an uncomfortablely long time. heard a small child crying and sneezing in the kitchen. Food was edible but not seasoned at all. Pasta bowl was half empty for 25 bucks

3 /5 Brittany Andress: Really good portion size so that’s a plus BUT bleeding gums, not so fun… I had the chicken Marsala on Angel Hair pasta! The mushrooms were cooked to perfection and the dark wine reduction sauce was good in flavor. The chicken is just a very THIN SLICE of chicken, not a chicken breast my any means. There was entirely too much THYME Seasoning in the dish. I couldn’t enjoy the dish because each bite was full of so many pieces of large prickly sticks of Thyme, it made the dish overpowering and difficult to enjoy because you’re constantly pulling/spitting out what feel like little sticks out of your teeth/gums. See photos. If the Thyme wasn’t so heavy I would give this dish 4 out of 5 but it overpowered the entire dish. This was my first time eating at this restaurant, I will give it another chance!

2 /5 Michael J. Lee: UPDATED Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… dad gum it Mike. Are you a glutton for punishment? I went ahead and gave Giovanni’s a second shot today. My earlier review is below. Though the meal was somewhat better and there was more food than the last time, I won’t be ordering from them again. The price vs. the quality was way out of whack. It’s still a 2 Star review this time too. Dang it. I hate giving people bad reviews but I can’t not give it since it was so far below par. To begin with, the lady who took my order was wonderful. She was nice, attentive and quick. My food was to go. So I sat at the table and waited. I probably only had to wait 3-4 minutes before she brought my food out and I hopped in my truck and drove the mile or so to the house. I immediately sat down to eat and my food was cold, soggy, the sauce was watery and I t had way too much salt in it. Worst of all was there was no more than 15 tortellini. So even had it been good, there wasn’t enough food to satisfy a six year olds hunger. What’s sad is I had eaten there a couple of years ago and I thought it was great. Normally I give a place who scores low a second shot in case they had an off night. But I don’t think I will this time based on the amount of food I was served. Even had it been good, it wouldn’t have been worth the price I paid.
