Fresco - San Marcos (TX)

5 /5 jorge martine: This was my first time visiting Fresco, Build a Better Bowl, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure how the process worked, but it turned out to be similar to Chipotlejust way better. They offer a line-style setup with several pre-built bowl options, plus the ability to fully customize your own. I ordered the Fajita Bowl, and it was very, very, very good. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion size was surprisingly generous for the price. The ingredients were high quality, the avocado was perfect, and the sauces they offered were excellent. The customer service really stood out. The girl who helped me was super friendly and welcoming,she even greeted me with, “Welcome to your very first time!” and walked me through all my options. It made the whole experience even better. What shocked me most is that Fresco reminds me of Chipotle, but in my opinion, it’s better than Chipotle, healthier than Chipotle, and actually cheaper than Chipotle. That’s a rare combo. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and genuinely impressive. I’m giving it a 5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Alabama Zephyr: Had the build a bowl consisting of the attached image and added Pappadew peppers to the list and a pineapple basil house made aguafresca drink. The girl who helped me make my selections for my bowl was friendly and knowledgeable. Just driving through San Marco but Im marking this on my maps because this was a delicious healthy meal!! I absolutely loved it and highly recommended if youre looking for a healthy flavorful meal!

5 /5 Matt: Second time eating here as we were passing through the area on the way home to San Antonio. It was late (after 8 pm on a Friday), but the young ladies running the place had it very clean, all the bowl ingredients were fully stocked and fresh, the restrooms were very clean, and the service was outstanding. Very impressed by the crew working the evening shift. The food was excellent. Wish we had one in San Antonio near us, as it would do really well in our area. Keep up the great work!

5 /5 Teal Simpson: All 3 of the ladies who served us today were smiling and helpful while we built our bowls. I was a little unsure about how it would turn out. I was pleasantly surprised that the flavor was fantastic, the ingredients tasted fresh, and I was able to find something I could eat even though I have some dietary restrictions (no food allergies). The place was clean, both in the dining area and the restroom.

5 /5 Mark & Gina Walker: We visited Fresco on a Saturday and had such a great experience! The staff was extraordinarily friendly and made us feel right at home. Our two boys were free that day, which was a wonderful surprise and made it even more family-friendly. The portions were very generous, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The seating area was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
