5 /5 LaTerica Woods: Can I just say the customer service was beyond excellent the lady in drive thru was so nice the receipt says Miesha and Dawn but the seasoned lady with the glasses was so helpful and kind. The Patty melt and fries were so good. Please stop by.

5 /5 Lawrence Wisk: Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has officially become my go-to burger spot in Marshall. For a fast-food place, the quality is way better than what you normally get. The burgers are always hot, the fries are crispy, and everything actually tastes fresh instead of thrown together. The service has been solid every time I’ve gone. They get the food out quick, but it never feels rushed or sloppy. And the frozen custard is the perfect way to finish the meal. If you have not tried the concrete or a shake, you’re missing out. Marshall does not have a ton of great burger options, so finding a place that is consistently good has been a win. I will definitely be back.

Please make your maps more accurate. I am sure that we arent the first to waste precious time on nothing. Time is valuable. How much time do you have?

3 /5 Dannielle Molesworth: On the fifth day after their grand opening, we stopped in for a late lunch. The parking lot is poorly designed and rather small. There are three entrances to bring you into the dining room. There are two counter people to take your order, or you can submit a digital order to pick up. We ordered at the counter from the over head menu board. Both choosing meals with signature smash patty burgers, fries, beverages, and cheese curds. The order was prepared quickly and served hot. After our meal, we splurged for frozen custards. While waiting for the custards, we had a visit with the GM of the restaurant. Upon leaving, they were steadily serving customers both inside and through the drive-through.

1 /5 Joey Rojas: I order from a lot because we like the custard. Well there is a problem with our order every single time the middle aged black man that works here touches our order. This man couldnt make a concrete if his job depended on it. He beats the toppings smooth every time. Its like he doesnt know the difference between barely mixing so the toppings are mixed into the custard and are still visible. He blends it smooth as a milkshake every time. Tonight he made the drinks and theyre only half filled. If this man is the manager I can see why this location doesnt get very much business. If hes not management he definitely needs to be retrained!
