5 /5 Joshua Ding: July 2025 Passed by this restaurant for many years, first time visitor. Very attentive and courteous serving team. I was impressed by all of them greeting each customers and provide fond farewell. I have experienced clearing the plates after eating after many, many restaurants visits. The service was excellent from a neighborhood restaurant in Garland. Love the chips! Even though my order portion was kind of small but it was tasty and flavorful. The food was hot and quick. Highly recommended. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 5/5 Speed of service 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Attentive and courteous 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Will love to revisit !

1 /5 Nicole Hernandez: My office placed a lunch (pick-up ) order from Frankies . Typically we have no issues but, today we did. 1. The chips for salsa taste burnt. 2. I ordered crispy chicken tacos, rice and black beans. When I opened my lunch the beans were pinto instead of black. This is my lunch and since I dont have anything else, I start to eat. As Im eating the beans I see a black unidentified object. YUCK!!!! I called and spoke with the manager (Josh) who apologized and he offered to make me another plate. Since I couldnt go back to get it. He told me the next time i come in, he will give me a free meal. Not sure how they will know its me or if I will ever go back. Either way, I should of asked for my money back.

5 /5 Shamara Davis: Yesenia was our server and boy was she amazing! It was our first time here and she made us feel like family. The vibes in this place is amazing and they love all people white, black and mexican. The food is pretty good as well! We can’t wait for all day Happy Hour on Sunday lol!! Come here asap!
