Dominos Pizza - Crockett (TX)

5 /5 Craig Davis: My wife and I ordered a medium, supreme pizza on Sat, Sep 27, 2025 and had it delivered to our hotel around 10:45 pm. It was a pan pizza. It was delivered in a timely manner. It was actually the best pizza Ive eaten in years. The quality and balance of meat and vegetables was perfect, the amount of cheese and sauce was just right, and the crust had just the perfect amount of crispness. Ive eaten pizza at many larger places than Crockett over the past few years, various brands, none as good as this. I had gotten to the point that I could take or leave pizza, but if I could get one like that every time, Id eat at least one per week. Whoever made that pizza knew what they were doing. This is not a joke posting. Thanks Dominos.

1 /5 J 79: Ordered 3 large pizzas and 16 parmesan bites for $32. Get home and theres a hair in the pizza. Everybody lost their appetites and we gave it all to dogs

1 /5 HOPKINS CRAIG (BigWhiteDog): After numerous screwed up deliveries where the app says order completed meaning it has been delivered. Today when I call to complain about this and the fact that they were running almost 30 minutes AFTER the app showed a completed order. I also wasn’t given my whole order I called again requesting that they credit the missing items back to my card I was told NO. And that they would no longer take my orders because the driver thought I was rude when I asked where the hell they had been and why did the app report he had already been here. So not only are they grossly incompetent they are also crocked because they won’t refund for items not delivered. BUT this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with getting a delivery on time and correct. It has happened so many times previous that I’ve had numerous “free” pizzas as compensation for their incompetence. Problem with that being is that you have to go over $20 before they will deliver, so there is NO FREEBIE and sure enough they screw up the next order. Tired of the total mismanagement of this store and I will be following up with corporate on this. PS: I used to be in this business so I know how and what it takes, and this group clearly is either clueless or doesn’t care about actual customer service.
